Return Eligibility
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used puzzles
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at sarah@artfeltpuzzles.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Received a damaged or wrong puzzle? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item.
