Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, your item must be:
    • Unopened
    • In its original packaging
    • In the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used puzzles
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at sarah@artfeltpuzzles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Received a damaged or wrong puzzle? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item.
